Made some Butterfinger fudge today.....it's basically just peanut butter fudge with a bag of Butterfinger bits in it...but man oh man, is it RICH and good! Also made a chocolate peanut butter cake roll - chocolate cake with peanutbutter filling - rolled up without cracking the cake part! It's been a while since I've done that, lol :) Lots of goodies sitting around here....saying Eat me! Eat me! - and since I already gained back the weight I lost during chemo - I have to resist temptation. Well, just a little bit. Here is to hoping you all have a wonderful Holiday Weekend - starting tonight. Stay warm and safe...and just be happy! Tonight I have a cluster that I put together using A Very Special Christmas to share with you :)
