A Girls World - New this week! and...a freebie!

A follow up collection to last weeks release - A Girls World is just as bright, bold and happy - AND filled with loads of goodies to scrap with!    If you love color - and have girls to scrap, this one is for you!   Best of all, its on sale until Sunday for 30% off in my shop at The Digichick.   Just check out the pages my team came up with using this one - WOWSA is all I can say!    I have some GORGEOUS clusters to go with, too - - tonights is from Anita :)

and a little inspiration!

Aren't those fun and fabulous?  I love my Creative Team!

For those of you that have been following along with my gardening adventures this summer..and have asked to see our painted raised veggie bed and the planters I make.....Eric finally took some photos I can share!    Had I realized that I would be painting on the raised bed, we would have done it BEFORE we put it in the ground, lol - so it took longer than expected, and we had to wait for it to be perfectly dry (with all the rain at times around here!).   It's bright, bold...and looks awesome out there - and yes my tomato plants are tall...almost 4 1/2 feet now.  Those are my peppers to the left of them :)   With my pots....I 'upcycle' old worn out plastic pots by either painting and then sealing them...or by spending HOURS using silicone outdoor caulking to 'glue' rocks to the bigger pots.  Then painting the edges of course.   We like color and texture in all parts of our lives...so these really perk things up!    Then, there is the little red wagon I picked up at the Rendezvouz this past June in Prairie du Chien...filled up and looking good!      Just a little insight into what I do when I'm not stuck at the computer :)

  1. Kim, I love those flowerpots and would like to create some of my own. I have a small courtyard outside my front door where they would look terrific. I was wondering what kind of paint you use and if there is an preparation needed. I have to be careful with things that go outside because I live in SW Florida and the sun is very strong and harsh.

  5. I'm so envious of your wonderful garden! We haven't been able to put one out for a few years now and I miss the fresh tomatoes and veggies so much. Hope you have a good crop! Thanks for the lovely cluster - the gradient colored grid splatter in the back is the greatest!
