This "polar vortex" thing is weird. It felt like autumn here today..and the low tonight? 45 degrees! I read today that we aren't supposed to call it a "polar vortex"...um..ok - but that's what the news peeps are calling it, and I rather like it...sounds all technical and stuff. Anyway....tis rather cool here in Wisconsin....typically in the 90's this time of year, so hitting a mere 65 today was..odd to say the least! I'm generally barefoot in summer - and i had to find some socks :)
