A Sunrise Sunset frame cluster this evening!

It's been raining since about 2am here - no signs of stopping yet, either.  Sometimes heavy, sometimes light - but constant.   We have standing water covering our entire back yard now.....and who knows how long it will continue?  I hoped for some rain, lol - but NOT like this!  Hope things are better where ever you may be this Friday evening - and that you have a wonderful weekend.       Tonight I have a beautiful frame cluster that Jenni made to share using my new collection, Sunrise, Sunset - on sale now only at The Digichick.

Sunrise, Sunset - new this week & an awesome cluster from Chrissy to share....

You have no idea how glad I am this week is over.  6 hours of wasted time this week, including today - when I am just supposed to go in for a blood cell booster shot?  They had me scheduled for the wrong place....even tho we double checked yesterday, and my nurse said, Yep, I'll see you tomorrow at 1:15pm.   She wasn't even working today.  So...we quick ran across town (heaven forbid WE are late)...back to the clinic, and I got my shot.    When I visit my doc this next week - you can bet I'm NOT leaving that hospital until I have a confirmed schedule in my hand as I walk out that door.  The night ended last night with storms that were insane - we were lucky and were spared most of it, but got dumped on rain wise, which we needed.   But Prairie du Chien got hit hard.....but hardest hit over our way was in MacGregor, Iowa - they are calling it an EF1 class tornado.  Small enough, but strong enough to destroy historic buildings,  homes, trees down....they have been without power for 24 hours now - in this unearthly heat and humidity.  My heart aches for their losses.

It's $2 Tuesday until midnight tonight..and TWO freebies!

Another fiasco day for chemo, lol - this time 2 1/2 hours behind!  They had me scheduled for 930 am.  I was there with plenty of time to spare.   The doctor brings down the meds from Lacrosse, and any mixing that needs to be done, they can do right there in the clinic.  First problem - the doc doesn't bother to show up until 945.  Meds need to be checked in, sorted, and those needing mixing (like mine) checked out again to the hospital here in Prairie to be mixed.  It took forever.   I got the IV started at 1150am - and was out of there by 1230.  NUTS.  INSANITY.    Why schedule me for the first dang appointment, if your doctor is chronically LATE?     Can you said mad as hell????  grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - tomorrow better go smoothly or someone is going to hear about it.   Consequently, I am now behind as my day was shortened by going on 3 dang hours.   Ah well.   At least I got what I needed.    But what would happen if I were the one to be late???   I wish these arrogant doctors would think of these things.
