Rotten weather & Rosemary Clooney...and a wonderful quick page to share tonight from Anita!

Snow , Sleet....and Rosemary Clooney?    Did you ever have a really weird dream....and had no idea where it came from?    Eric and I were watching old movies last night.   Call Northside 777 was one of them....and somehow, someway - we saw a clip of White Christmas.  You know...Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye...and Rosemary Clooney.   and Vera somebody.   I woke up with a song that Rosemary and Vera did ...they were entertainers, a sister act...and they performed this tune named Sisters.   That dang song has been in my head ALL DAY.  I finally had to find it on youtube and play it, hoping beyond belief that it would go away if I just listened to it.  NO such luck.  I design with music playing all the time....but its not Rosemary Clooney songs.   I tend to lean towards the 60's and 70's, lol......that's been my day.   Hope yours was...more normal?

And back to cold again - 38 was our 'high' today, lol :)   Only in Wisconsin can you experience at least 3 seasons temp wise in one or two days :)   I really want to finish up my darned bathroom paint job!   Getting tired of paint cans and brushes on my countertops.   Ah well.   Patience never was my strong suit.

Looks can be deceiving - and a beautiful frame cluster to share

A glorious Sunday - almost 70 degrees!  So nutjob that I can be at times, I thought I would go outside and take down some of the stems from flowers last year (I leave the flower heads up during the winter for the birdies).  I knew it looked a little windy...but it was so NICE out there, right?  HA!   I started in on one of my coneflower patches....put them in a pile, and within a minute, the wind had blown them all over the yard.  I actually just stood out there and laughed....picked them up, put them in my huge plastic tote, covered it....put away my tools, and came back inside.  Eric and I then installed the new range hood instead.  I'll have to wait for another good day withOUT the wind to get back outside again :)
